We can not control people, nor can we control Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform therefore, A.Fitzgerald Hardnett does not promise and/or guarantee any specific results
I understand that my registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
I agree that this digital content/ course will require me to do the work and honor the program in order to see results.
If within 3 calendar days of paying for this digital content, you decide this offer is not right for you, you will be issued a COMPANY CREDIT to use within 180 days for future digital product offerings, including coaching/consulting services.
Strategy Session Refund & Credit Policy:
If you wish to cancel a strategy session, a full refund will be provided if you send a cancellation request via email to nicole@consultfitz.com within 3 calendar days of your payment.
Beyond the 3-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Instead, you will be granted a company credit that can be applied towards another program. Please note that this credit must be utilized within 180 days from the date of notification.WHAT’S INCLUDED...
Services INCLUDED in the scoop of this agreement are as follows:
Total access to all eligible content in the portal for a period of no less than 180 days
The exchange of intellectual property
Any questions related to digital marketing are welcomed such as..
●Identify which type of campaign to run
●Create ad copy
●Audience targeting
● Pixel Setup
● Funnels
e-commerce ... etc
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED...
Services not included in this agreement are summarized as follows:
There are NO SERVICES INCLUDED in this agreement
● We will not manage your ads campaigns only give advice from our experience
● NO Ongoing support and advice (email, phone, messenger, etc) after the stated duration of the course or program, unless otherwise expressly stated
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Agency shall maintain absolute confidentiality with respect to any confidential information received from the Purchaser. The Agency shall not disclose any such information without obtaining Purchaser’s specific prior consent, or if we have to comply with law enforcement or with statutory requirements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Whatever we create for The Purchaser will be considered a work for hire, the purchaser will own the intellectual property and has full rights to use the work as needed.
